Under New Jersey Law, you have certain rights and obligations in dealing with your automobile insurance company or the insurance company responsible for the payment of your medical bills.  These may vary depending upon the various elections which you or a resident family member may have selected for your coverage when purchasing automobile insurance; the contractual language in your particular insurance policy; whether or not you own a car, live with certain relatives who own cars; whether you complied with the law and had your vehicle insured; your State of residency; the law of the State where the accident occurred; and a great host of additional factors.  You may have insurance available that you may not have been aware of if you are injured as a result of the negligence of an uninsured vehicle.  All of the facts need to be reviewed by an attorney familiar with this area of law.  Sometimes delays can be fatal to the proper handling of your case.  Do not delay in seeking qualified legal advice.  Your consultation with us is free!  Also, you pay no legal fee to us unless we get a monetary recovery for you.  We specialize in these areas of the law, and we can explain the applicable law to you.  We will discuss all your options.
